What's in the beta

Everything you need to supervise an AI strategy.

Six capabilities that put transparency and control at the center, not as afterthoughts.

📡

AI market scanning

Automated watchlist scanning that surfaces candidate setups based on your configured strategy rules.

🧠

Claude trade reasoning

Every proposed trade comes with explainable logic written by Claude. Read it. Agree or disagree. Then decide.

📄

Paper execution

Simulated fills through Alpaca paper accounts. Evaluate strategy behavior without any real capital at risk.

Risk circuit breaker

Configurable loss threshold that pauses all trading automatically when breached. You set it. It enforces it.

📋

Decision history

A full, immutable audit log of every proposal, approval, rejection, and risk event, timestamped and searchable.

🖥

Supervision dashboard

One screen for positions, P&L, risk state, pending approvals, and strategy activity. No context switching.

Safety & honesty

The guardrails are the product.

We don't manage your money, give financial advice, or promise returns. Calivar is a research and simulation tool that makes your own decision-making more inspectable.

🔒 Hard technical stops

Paper-first by default, real trading requires explicit opt-in
Circuit breaker halts all execution on loss threshold breach
Emergency stop button rejects all pending actions instantly
Audit log is immutable, nothing is silently deleted

✋ Human always in control

Every trade waits in the approval queue, nothing runs without your click
Claude reasoning is visible before you decide, not after
Live trading excluded from v0 beta entirely
Runs on Alpaca paper accounts, no real money in the beta

📢 What we won't claim

No guaranteed returns, ever
No "AI manages your money" framing
No passive income promises
Simulated P&L is clearly labeled, not presented as real earnings

👤 Who this is for

Active, self-directed traders who want a clearer operating layer
People who want to understand what a strategy would do before risking capital
Not for passive-income seekers or "set and forget" use cases
Not a fund, not a broker, not an investment advisor
FAQ

Straight answers.

No. Calivar is a research and simulation tool. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. It is not a registered advisor or broker. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Not in the beta. Calivar is paper-first, it runs in Alpaca paper mode so you can evaluate how the strategy behaves without risking real capital. Live trading is excluded from v0.

No. No trading tool can guarantee returns. Simulated paper results do not predict real results. Trading involves risk of loss. Any P&L figures shown are paper-mode simulations, clearly labeled.

When a strategy identifies a trade candidate, Claude analyzes it and writes a plain-English rationale, covering market context, why the entry fits the rules, and what could go wrong. You read that before deciding. Claude is a filter, not an oracle.

No. ForgeAI Global never takes custody of funds, Alpaca Securities holds custody and executes all activity. The beta runs the agent on per-customer Alpaca paper accounts (simulated, no real cash) so you can evaluate it without risking capital. Real-money trading would launch only after the required regulatory review.

Alpaca paper accounts in v0 beta. We're evaluating Robinhood (read-only via Plaid) and other broker integrations for future releases, but live trading through any broker requires additional disclosure and is out of scope for beta.
